Let me compliment you and your staff on such a professional, effective, impactful event.  I appreciate all of the details that you so obviously work out to allow professionals to network in a timely, organized manner.  I noticed items like:
1) Having the food/beverages in a different room.

2) Well organized registration that expedited the check in process, allowing the participants to mingle. 

3) Nicely printed name tags (not hand-written.)

4) Printed table numbers.

5) Exellent instructions/directions describing the goals of the event.

6) Good for you for encouraging the "Giver's Gain" philosophy, so there wasn't an atmosphere of "Only what I say is important."

I look forward to attending as many of your events as my/our schedule will allow.
